Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel or modify your order due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

Once your order status reads “Processing”, it’s been received by our fulfillment center and will ship within 2-3 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number; check your junk folder if you miss it. Monitor progress via your account or our Order Tracking page. If the status is “Pending” or “Canceled”, your order isn’t successful. For payment discrepancies, email us at hello@evoke.sg with your Order Number or receipt.

All units come with 12 to 24 months of local warranty that covers manufacturing defects and damages – exactly the same coverage you get from a dealer. We will conduct a quick verification test prior to the exchange to determine that the unit is faulty. No costs will be incurred to you through the exchange process.

All BMW models can be installed with the BMW Advanced Car Eye. Our technicians are trained to do dealership level installs. For DIYers, we will send an instruction suitable to your model for installation.

There are 2 ways to view footages. Reading directly from the SD card using a card reader on your smartphone/laptop. Alternatively, you can download ACE 2.0 or ACE 3.0 application from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We recommend that you visit one of our partner service centers and leave it up to the professionals to install the camera.

For Faulty ACE 2.0

If I have the BMW ACE 2.0 already set up in my car, will changing the front camera be sufficient?

Yes, the front dashcam is the command center for the ACE 2.0 system. Once it is replaced with our Rebuilt ACE 2.0, the entire set up will be restored to its original functionalities.

Once you have swapped the front camera to EVOKE’s Rebuilt unit, login to the app. Go to the live section and trigger a manual record. Proceed to recordings section to view and check if rear footages are recorded. The rear camera is basically a slave device so it will naturally last longer than the master device which does all the heavy liftings to power the dashcams.

It is a good idea to disconnect the camera if you’re not planning on driving your vehicle for more than a month. We recommend you keep it in a cool, dry place.

Absolutely. Keeping the firmware updated ensures optimal performance. You can update the camera’s firmware via its smartphone application.

Reach out to our flagship store or retail partners for a diagnosis to determine if your camera is working or not. We recommend a regular reformatting of the SD card to ensure optimal performance.

Car batteries typically goes through its chemical degradation and hence useful life as it goes through various charge and recharge cycles. Think smartphone batteries over time. Car batteries are no different. Taking longer drives and avoiding short drives will help to extend the useful life of your car’s battery.

There are safety mechanisms in place within the camera design to cut off excessive drawing of car battery. However, in rare instances, usually when your car battery has seen some mileage on the road, it may not be able to recharge itself sufficiently to provide a margin of safety for the dashcam to power down itself. To avoid such instances, ask your workshop to check the battery health and recharge your battery during your regular service intervals as a best practice.

Over time, any adhesive can lose its grip, especially in fluctuating temperatures. If your camera starts playing peekaboo, consider purchasing a replacement 3M adhesive strip. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the new tape. A simple swap and you’re back on track.
