For bmw owners whose ACE 2 is faulty and causing the following issues:

• Overnight car battery drain
• Not recording, intermittent recording, or spontaneous reboot
• Unable to connect to ACE phone app
• ACE 2.0 will not reset (by pressing mute and power butting concurrently for 3 secs or more)
• Mute button on the ACE 2.0 is not responsive when pressed
