Refund Policy
At Evoke, we prioritize our customer’s satisfaction. We offer a 7-day return window, commencing from the day you receive your camera or accessory.
For a successful return, ensure the product remains in the condition you received it – unused and with the original packaging and accessories intact. Please provide the order number or a proof of purchase for validation. We reserve the right for a partial refund if the item is determined to be installed and used prior to shipping back to EVOKE) Shipping fee for returned products shall be borne by the sender.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@evoke.sg. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the return process. Do note, items returned without a prior return request will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, thoroughly inspect your items. If you find any discrepancies, such as damages or wrong items, notify us immediately. Our team is dedicated to addressing and resolving such concerns swiftly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items may not qualify for return, including personalized cameras, custom accessories, and promotional bundles. Please contact us if you are unsure about the return eligibility of a particular item.
Please be informed that promotional or discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
In the event that an item is defective or is received in damaged condition, we offer a free 1-to-1 exchange. For an expedited exchange process, return your current item, and once we approve the return, proceed to place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds
